What is Instant Solution for DC Contact Resistance issues?

A standard Category 5e, 6, 6A or Class D, E, EA certification test many not catch faults such as contaminated contacts, wires not fully punched down in the back of the connector or broken wires making a loose connection. How can that be? A standard field test is missing a crucial test parameter called DC Resistance Unbalance within a pair. DC Resistance Unbalance within a pair is not new. It has been in the ANSI/TIA and ISO/IEC standards as far back as 2001. But it has never been a field test requirement due to lack of availability of field testers capable of this measurement.
